During implementation support, we always keep an eye on the potential identified and check how much of it reaches the customer after implementation in the commercial systems. The structured approach also includes active project management and support for the organisation during changes.

Because we believe that recognising potential alone is not enough, our experts have been providing support for many years, not only in analysis but also in implementation.
