Open Data PlatformOpen Data Platform for Transparent and Connected Real Estate Solutions

In 2006, the British mathematician Clive Humby coined the phrase
'Data is the new oil. It's valuable, but if undefined it cannot really be used.'
Humby emphasised that money can be earned through the intelligent use of data. At the same time, it is clear that this also leads to savings.

How does this work?
Our answer is structured data management based on a licence-free and provider-independent open data platform.
At the heart of this platform is the targeted use of data to promote transparency and innovation and make decision-making easier for companies and organisations. Open data platforms typically provide access to data in various formats, such as CSV or JSON, and allow users to analyse it through targeted visualisations.

Data utilisation creates added value in the value chain
By using open standards and APIs, our platform can promote collaboration and facilitate data exchange between building owners, building managers and energy service providers. This enables the integration of data from different sources for a more comprehensive overview of building performance.

By processing and analysing data, we enable simple benchmarking across the entire portfolio. This significantly reduces the susceptibility to errors.

Historical data is effectively utilised for predictive maintenance and clear maintenance management. This increases efficiency.

By connecting digital services via a single interface, such as apps or ESG reporting tools, we reduce costs and increase transparency.

When buying and selling, all building-relevant data is available in a structured and homogeneous manner in order to avoid data patchwork and increase the property value.

Standardised data storage in the property is guaranteed, regardless of the provider of a digital service or platform operator.
