About AIS Management

We are a rapidly growing consulting company with over 50 colleagues at seven locations in Germany. We stand for excellent consulting, technical expertise and sustainable solutions throughout the entire real estate lifecycle.

We are currently recording and evaluating a nationwide real estate portfolio with more than 200 properties for one of our clients.

The goal is a detailed technical survey as well as the development of a structured action plan.

That is why we are looking for qualified support nationwide in the field of building services engineering – with a focus on the technical survey and evaluation of buildings.

Your tasks:

  • Technical survey of all relevant systems and components (KG300 & KG400)
  • Recording via our digital app solution
  • Condition assessment of the trades according to a defined evaluation system (1–5)
  • Preparation of sound cost indications and transfer into a maintenance planning process
  • Close coordination with the project team and other stakeholders

You...

  • have completed training or a degree in building services engineering, TGA, facility management, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable field
  • have more than 5 years of relevant professional experience in technical property inspections, building surveys or technical condition assessments.
  • have a good understanding of technical systems, structural elements and relevant standards.
  • work carefully, in a structured manner and reliably.
  • are available for assignments throughout Germany.
  • have a professional manner when dealing with clients and project partners.
  • have experience in using digital tools or apps for data collection.
