Your tasks:
- Management of our consulting team at our Stuttgart location, coordination of project teams, leadership and coaching of colleagues, and knowledge transfer
- Advising our clients and project management relating to real estate, facility management, operations and sustainability
- Preparation of strategic analyses, optimisation and realignment of processes, data structures and system landscapes
- Advising at executive level, conducting workshops and presentations, and key account management
- Active involvement in shaping our clients' digitalisation strategies as well as internal innovation initiatives
You...
- have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field
- have sound experience in management consulting in the sustainability environment or in the digitalisation of the real estate or FM sector, as well as initial management experience
- impress with a confident manner, strong consulting skills and proven experience in stakeholder and change management
- have strong analytical skills, structure complex matters efficiently, identify issues and develop viable solutions
- have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- have knowledge of HOAI as well as construction and procurement law
- work professionally and independently and are characterised by a positive manner
