Your tasks:
- Advising our clients and providing project management relating to real estate, sustainability, facility management and operations
- Development and implementation of digitally supported ESG strategies for real estate portfolios
- Preparation of sustainability guidelines and strategic analysis, optimization and realignment of processes, data structures and system landscapes
- Advising at executive level, conducting workshops, presentations and key account management
- Managing project teams, coaching junior colleagues and transferring knowledge
- Actively helping shape our clients' digitalization strategies as well as internal innovation initiatives
You...
- have successfully completed a degree in sustainability, industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field
- bring solid experience in management consulting in the sustainability environment or in the digitalization of the real estate or FM sector
- impress with a confident presence, strong consulting skills and proven experience in stakeholder and change management
- have strong analytical skills, structure complex issues efficiently, identify problems and develop viable solution approaches
- have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- have knowledge of HOAI as well as construction and procurement law
- work professionally and independently and are characterized by a positive demeanor
